Copper and Titanium

Copper
Copper is soft metal, ductile and with high heat conduction and high electrical conductivity. Therefore, such material is commonly found in cables, electrical & electronic components, and building materials. Copper could be added to many alloys. Copper alloy is excellent in mechanical properties with low electric resistance. Bronze and brass are two kinds of important coppers. In addition, it is durable and it can be recycled repeatedly without loss of its mechanical properties.

Titanium
Titanium is light-weighted, glossy and with high strength. It possesses corrosion resistance characteristics (including sea water, aqua regia and chlorine). Because of its stable chemical properties, it performs well in high temperature, low temperature, anti-acid, and anti-alkali with low density and high strength. Consequently, it’s recognized as “space metal. Titanium and other elements as iron, aluminum, vanadium or molybdenum could be melting to alloy. It could be formed to high-strength, light alloy and widely implemented to various fields, including aerospace, military, industrial processes, automotive, agri-food, medical, sporting goods, jewelry and mobile phones… etc.

The above-mentioned materials are rarely assembled during cabinet fabrication. They are only supplied to specific requirements such as high electrical conductivity or corrosion resistance. However, they can not be machining by laser machine. Only punch machines and CNC machines could do. With “magnetic levitation fiber laser cutting machines, Weche can cut and bend them. In short, these machines satisfy demands from worldwide customers.
