SECC
Hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel coil, are continuously fed by galvanizing bath for corrosion resistance.
Weche supplies SECC thickness between 0.6 mm and 2.0 mm. If a part is invisible after assembly, raw materials with smooth surface and without rust are fair enough. For visible part at open or semi-open areas, powder paint or liquid paint works with good adhesion. If any damage occurs, paint could save it from rusty. During processing, bending or punching is highly extensive and flexible.
SPCC
is cold-rolled steel coil without galvanized layer. Hot-rolled steel coil is raw material of cold-rolled. Cold-rolled steel is hard, uneasy deformed, tough and fine surface finished.
Weche supplies SPCC thickness from 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm.
Normally, zinc treatment is applied for LOGIC BOX. For visible part, electroplating (chrome) is adopted to decorative part or visible areas.
Other materials: brass, copper and titanium, could be all implemented.
