Planing (Shaving) Machine with lamination function, wood (MDF) is planed to control thickness before lamination. Then the PVC (black or white) will be laminated on surface of MDF.

Cooling Press Machine
MDF applies cooling press after PVC lamination. This machine is to squeeze air and white glue out between MDF and PVD.
Processing time in general takes about four to seven days. Duration of the process is determined by the amount of MDF.

CNC Machine

• 4 “X 8” (2 axes, dual stages), it operates for normal process or large number of parts.
• 4 “X 8” (2 axes), it operates for normal process and standard parts.
• Additional cutting device is installed, its function is to proceed V-shaped on MDF and only preserve PVC for bending in single board.
• 5 “X 10” (3-axis): Special Size and special shape processing. For example: UFO dome acrylic panels and so on.
